Shipping & Returns at Amphiba Baby
Our number one priority at Amphiba Baby is customer satisfaction. We’ve spent years perfecting our innovative baby carrier, testing it out in real life with our own children to ensure that it will be perfect for your little one. We’re confident that the products we offer are of the highest possible quality and design.
We recognize that with every new product, there’s an inevitable learning curve. If you have any questions about your Amphiba baby carrier or are experiencing any difficulty, please reach out to us before returning your baby carrier. We’re happy to offer tips and solutions to help you get the most out of your carrier.
Baby carriers and other products purchased directly from Amphiba Baby may be returned within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. They must be in the original packaging, in like-new condition. We only accept returns if you contact us prior to sending the product(s) back, so please reach out to us by filling out the contact form - we will get back to you within 24 hours. Return packages delivered without a valid return authorization issued by Amphiba Baby will be refused.
Please note: If you purchased Amphiba Baby products from one of our authorized retailers, you’ll need to contact the retailer and follow their return policy. We cannot accept returns of Amphiba Baby products purchased through a retailer. Any item that has been purchased secondhand is not returnable to Amphiba Baby.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped prepaid, as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. It’s best to ship returns using a traceable carrier, like FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Amphiba Baby is not responsible for packages that are not received if a tracking number is not provided to us.
When we receive your return, we will credit your credit card for the amount that you paid, excluding shipping costs. Please allow two weeks for Amphiba Baby to provide a refund for returns.
Please note: An order cannot be canceled once it has been sent to the warehouse and is being processed. If it reaches this point, you will need to wait until you receive your order to place a return.

Canada & International
The cost of shipping varies from $12 to $25 depending on the weight of the product and your location. Shipping costs may be higher if you order multiple products.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for domestic shipping. International shipping can vary, but typically takes 10 to 30 business days.
